7 Piece Polyhedral Sets

Now GAMESCIENCE® HIGH IMPACT™ PRECISION EDGED™ Polyhedral Dice are available in a 7-PIECE SET featuring the DECKAIDER™ D10 along with D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and a True D20, packaged in clear plastic retail packaging.

Since 1974, Gamescience® has been making dice from the highest quality plastics. Avoiding the tumbling process gives Gamescience® dice a razor edge and ensures uniformity. Each face has equal opportunity to land every time. A mold-point may be noticed on one face of the die and may require some touch up with model-grade sandpaper, we do try to catch and remove any substantial issues prior to shipping but do occasionally miss one.

Gamescience® dice are backed by a 2 year guarantee against premature wear, no other dice manufacturer offers that.

To assure that every edge and vertex holds its mathematically precise dimensions, all Gamescience® dice are clipped by hand from the casting sprue, which leaves a minor blemish. These sharp pristine edges dissipate uniform amounts of energy as each contacts the table. Filing down the blemish improves randomization. Imported dice have no blemish cause they are tumbled in a rock polisher, which eliminates the blemish while rounding off all of the edges, and changes each face and edge into a unique shape which leaves every dice egg shaped and unable to randomize evenly.

Bright, almost glowing
I was expecting the old school translucent orange like the few odd orange Gamescience dice in my collection. Boy was I wrong and very pleased with my purchase. The set I got are a bright flourescent orange. Also, the tips appear to be a whitish orange color. But as you rotate the dice the white disappears. The color change in my set is just short of magical. I don't even like orange and almost didn't buy these. Now, I am very glad that I did. When they call this color fire they do so for good reason. The picture does not do these dice justice. If you like orange, this is the set for you. It's impressive.

"Fire" is accurate
I'm not a huge fan of orange, but man these look marvelous. They -really- stand out at the table. Perfect for casting spells that deal fire damage

Very nice
I ordered the fire with purple lettering. The purple is a more pale violet so it didn't pop out the way I'd hoped. C'est la vie. The burrs people complain about are tiny. I shaved off a burr on one of my 6's and the little scar it made kind of didn't look all that great, plus I wasn't so sure I wasn't messing up the geometry by rounding an edge or softening a point so I just decided screw it; with the sharp edges I don't see how it really affects the roll anyhow. I mean, compare that with the rounded edge oval shaped dice. GS sharp-edged dice with a tiny burr are the better option IMO. They roll just fine on padded surfaces. I wouldn't use them on a wooden table. Very satisfied.
